When children are involved even worse circumstances exist.
Gender-based violence and child abuse can also emerge during these difficult times. PAHA assists these people in all types and levels of distress to ensure that they receive the necessary guidance and counseling needed to work through their circumstances.
We strive to provide people in distress with the necessary assistance eg. Skills development- eg. Small Business start-ups with minimum resources; such as our Urban Farm Project with the aim to sell the produce to the local market.
The aim is to RESTORE families becoming self-sustained so that they can take care of themselves again. We focus on the person as a WHOLE- mental health as well as physical health.
